E-commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist

Are you into off-road or adventure bikes? Want to get your foot in the door of the motorcycle industry and grow with a small but fast-moving team? We’re looking for someone who’s excited about bikes, detail-oriented, and ready to be a key part of our day-to-day operations.

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company based in North Vancouver, focused on dual-sport and adventure motorcycle parts.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Order Fulfillment Specialist, your job is to make sure our customers get what they need — fast and accurate. You’ll learn the ropes of the motorcycle parts business from the ground up.

• Pick, pack & ship orders with precision and care
• Organize inventory and keep our stockroom running smooth
• Check incoming goods, label and prep for the shelves
• Double-check everything before it goes out — quality matters here
• Support customer service when shipping/inventory questions pop up
• Jump in where needed — receiving freight, breaking down boxes, cleaning up

Who This Is For

You don’t need a resume full of experience — just a solid work ethic, a love of motorcycles, and a desire to learn.

• You’re detail-focused and take pride in doing things right
• You can work independently once trained — you'll often run the space solo
• You’ve got solid communication skills (English required, ability to use your phone and WhatsApp)
• You’re computer savvy (we’ll train you on the software and tools)
• You’re physically fit – able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts
• Bonus if you ride or wrench on your own bike
• Must-haves: Legal right to work in Canada, Driver’s Licence, and reliable transportartion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
