Job Description

• Select and manage canvassing territories throughout the West Springfield area to maximize lead quality.
• Build a strong door to door marketing team from the ground up (hire, train, and support the team on the field).
• Lead a team that promotes our remodeling services, setting appointments and generating leads.
• Distribute flyers and promote services via door-to-door and social media channels.
