BAM Strategy

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

If you are passionate about everything to do with digital campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role would be perfect for you The Digital Producer coordinates project execution from start to finish, working closely with our clients and different agency teams, ensuring on-time and on-scope delivery within the high standards of the agency. The Digital Producer is curious, passionate, organized and resourceful.

Project Scoping

  • Work with the department leads to develop scopes of work and pricing, based on business and functional requirements
  • Project estimation: Coordinate with agency departments to gather estimates in order to create master project estimate sheet
  • Assist the account supervisor/director in the creation of proposals and project plans

Project Management

  • Develop, implement and manage project plans
  • Timeline development
  • Create and update project boards and timelines in Mavenlink
  • Resource booking: Responsible for allocation of Creative, Strategic, UX, Developer and QA internal and external resources on projects in conjunction with our directors of production.
  • Develop briefs for day to day project deliverables and brief team members responsible for executing the work
  • Project time and profitability tracking and reporting to senior CS team members
  • Communicate project status to teams and clients on a regular basis
  • Represent BAM in a positive light and maintain good client relationship
  • Ensure scope changes and new requirements are adaquately communicated to project teams
  • Contest management: Coordination with Regie des courses et des jeux and contest winners for prize fulfillment
  • Asset management: ensuring that agency teams receive assets and trafficking details for campaigns, receiving, sending and filing of client assets

Digital Marketing Coordination

  • Content management: Website content population
  • QA
  • *WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
  • University degree or college diploma in marketing or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience, ideally monitoring projects from various levels of complexity
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English (working knowledge of French is definitely a plus)
  • A compelling, persuasive communicator that employees are drawn to and want to work with
  • Resourceful, tenacious, detail oriented and driven to meet deadlines
