Marketing Strategist

Position Overview

The Marketing Strategist role at Arrow is responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring campaigns meet defined targets. This position is fully remote (with occasional travel to an Arrow office as requested) and plays a key role within our dynamic Marketing and Communications team.

Compensation

Compensation: $76,800.00 - $85,000.00

Actual offer may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Key Responsibilities

Building and maintaining client relationships, confidently interacting with all levels of leadership.
Serving as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact and leveraging expertise of tools to gather necessary assets or information.
Writing strategic marketing proposals and campaigns to ensure projects meet defined targets and goals.
Facilitating meetings, managing agendas, and capturing clear notes with action items.
Building/managing budgets, meeting project timelines, and addressing pipeline and marketing opportunities for assigned accounts.
Managing a portfolio of suppliers across multiple projects using project management software and effective internal communication.
Communicating clearly to provide direction and enable collaboration between internal teams and stakeholders.
Identifying underlying concerns, proactively sharing ideas, and developing effective responses or elevating issues when needed.
Working both independently and cooperatively with a positive, supportive team mindset.
Collaborating with internal teams to analyze reports and synthesize feedback for client communications.
Reviewing and presenting concepts, creative work, and reports for accuracy while offering strategic recommendations.

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of relevant experience and a 4-year degree or related work experience.
Experience with MDF (Marketing Development Funds).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the technology and distribution industry.
