Our client is committed to accelerating scientific discovery through innovation, customer engagement, and creativity. They are currently looking for a Lead Marketing Strategist to oversee their comprehensive marketing strategy, planning, and execution across digital, social, and event channels.

Role Overview

As the Lead Marketing Strategist, you will take charge of creating and implementing a robust marketing plan aimed at enhancing global brand recognition, generating leads, and fostering customer engagement. This position combines strategic oversight with practical execution, requiring a highly organized, creative, and analytical individual with substantial B2B life science experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute an annual marketing plan that aligns with the company's sales objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to ensure consistent activities across all platforms.
  • Design and implement campaigns, social media strategies, and digital content to bolster engagement and drive traffic.
  • Manage and expand social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring targeted and regular updates.
  • Oversee email marketing initiatives (using tools like Mailchimp) and implement effective audience segmentation.
  • Organize webinars, scientific events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance market presence.
  • Administer website updates, product landing pages, and execute search engine optimization improvements.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs including web traffic, leads, conversions, and engagement levels.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.
  • Supervise the production of marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, visuals, and other digital assets.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors or freelancers for graphic design, PPC, and PR when necessary.

Salary: PH $3k/month and SA $4.5k/month
