We’re looking for a creative, motivated Digital Marketing Associate who’s eager to learn, contribute fresh ideas, and grow their skills while helping shape the online presence of multiple regional brands.

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Associate will focus full time on digital content creation—helping plan, design, and publish web and social content across several of our operating companies.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong writing and design abilities, an eye for detail, a creative aptitude, and curiosity about using AI and large language models (LLMs) to make marketing content more efficient and engaging. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple brands and marketing channels while working alongside an experienced in-house team.

This is a hybrid position based in either Phoenix or Sedona, with some travel within Arizona for photo shoots, job site content, and brand coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish digital content for company websites, including blog posts, service pages, and case studies.
Develop and schedule social media posts (organic and paid) for multiple local brands.
Design and edit graphics, photos, and visuals for use across web, email, and social channels.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure consistent tone, messaging, and branding.
Use AI tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to brainstorm ideas, draft copy, or generate creative inspiration.
Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure timely delivery across brands.
Assist with print design projects such as flyers, signage, and event materials.
Capture or coordinate on-site photography to support storytelling and brand visuals.
Leverage ServiceTitan to track content and campaign performance and engagement metrics to inform future efforts.

Qualifications

Up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing (internship or freelance experience welcome).
Strong skills in graphic design and image editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, or similar).
Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to tone and clarity.
Familiarity with LLMs and AI-assisted content tools.
Experience managing content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Photography experience is a plus.
Must be willing to travel within Arizona occasionally for content shoots or team meetings.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing print materials (brochures, handouts, ads).
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Experience with paid digital platforms (Google Ads, LSA and Meta Ads)
Interest in home service, construction, or trade industries.
Enthusiasm for creative problem-solving and continuous learning.
