Job Description
This job is responsible for the delivery of tactical plans to achieve goals through advanced coding and/or metadata management, providing support and technical leadership for platforms and operations. Key responsibilities include contributing to the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of operational and strategic initiatives to drive cross-channel client & prospect eligibility, targeting, and platform enablement. Job expectations include interacting with senior leaders, providing support and technical expertise for supported platforms.
This job is responsible for analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives in support of Operational Excellence objectives. Key responsibilities include executing on change initiatives which may result in breakthrough cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation. Job expectations include working with business leaders and subject matter experts, ensuring collaboration and transparency across integrated business and technology teams, and driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline. Primary activity for meeting job responsibilities will be implementing business strategies across a multitude of decision engines to meet program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Implements moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability
- Works directly with Line of Business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions that resolve critical business challenges and opportunities
- Establishes and implements a model for continuous process improvement by applying process engineering best practices and delivering reusable technology solutions
- Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design oriented solutions with clearly defined business case benefits
- Leads the development of enterprise change management deliverables for material projects including project charters, Suppliers, Inputs, Outputs, and Customers (SIPOC), Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) process maps, risk assessments, control plans, and related artifacts
- Configure business strategies across a multitude of decision engines, working closely with counterparts within the Line of Business and partner organizations including Product, Marketing, Risk and Technology teams
- Performs complex analysis of business objectives and priorities to design optimal solutions which can be deployed through managed platforms and decision engines
- Supports execution of large scale projects, such as platform conversions, new product launches or integrations for enhanced features and serves as a Subject Matter Expert
- Independently leads initiatives from the point of requirement gathering to production implementation
- Provides ongoing consultation support to Line of Business partners and constantly looks for improvement opportunities
Desired Skills
- Decision Engines (ex: PowerCurve, ODM, Pega Systems etc.)
- SQL, SAS, Python or other programming experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- General understanding of system integration protocols
- Experience in Agile Delivery (Product Owner, Product Manager)
