• *Job Description:**

The Head of E-Commerce will be responsible for overseeing the client's Shopify-powered storefront, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high-quality customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

• Liaising with development partners to maintain site performance.
• Performing daily quality assurance checks.
• Running A/B tests and implementing UX enhancements.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy across multiple systems.

This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, order management systems, reverse logistics, and basic technical skills such as HTML/CSS.

• *Requirements:**
• At least 5 years' experience managing an e-commerce site (Shopify Plus preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and Excel/Google Sheets.
