*Web Marketing Specialist** (12 month contract)to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the
*Web Marketing Specialist, **you will
* **work with cross functional partners (Groups, Weddings & Sunwing Vacations) to support the online storytelling process. As an important member of the marketing team, the Web Marketing Specialist will support the E-Commerce site, ensuring content is clear, promotions are running as planned and travel advisories are updated. This person will also work with our Product & Payload teams to ensure all information is gathered to run promotions for Sunwing Vacations, Groups & Weddings.

*What You’ll Do**:
Work with cross functional partners to ensure all _eComm_ and app needs are identified and planned_
_Proactively schedule audits and re-merchandising based on seasonal commercial requirements (_ie_. merchandising winter vacation landing page when seasonally relevant)_
_Plan different icon and badging needs ahead of time_
_Collaborate with creative team to create content and required specs in advance_
_Assist with creating landing pages for upcoming promotions_
_Assist with merchandising based on product focus for each promotion_
_Share your expert point of view on how to bring a promotion to life on site_
_Partner with Digital Analytics to monitor weekly performance of eCommerce - including key friction points, shifts in search or booking behaviour, conversion rates, etc._
_Use data to represent the voice of the customer when identifying opportunities for optimization_
**
*What You’ll Need**:
_Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, E-Business or Communications, or equivalent experience_
_3-5 years’ experience in a related field_
_Proficiency managing and executing campaigns; solid understanding of marketing KPI’s, metrics and reporting practices_
_Experience with web analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics) _
_Proficient in Excel, MS Word, _Access_ and PowerPoint_
_Exceptional oral and written communications skills _
_Demonstrated creative and strategic thinking ability_
_Positive and enthusiastic team player_
_Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively_
_Detail-oriented—takes pride in a job well done_
