Job Description

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. There will be fairly frequent travel to our sites around the world.

This is a pivotal role where you will support Rotork's global transformation journey through the DRIVE program, our global transformation programme. As a Global Transformation Analyst, you will act as the key link between Programme Managers, Project Managers, and regional subject matter experts, ensuring sites are fully prepared for transformation. Your work will directly influence the success of our enterprise-wide initiatives by assessing readiness and driving improvements across multiple regions.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Business Readiness Lead, you will join the Business Transformation team and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the globe. This role offers the chance to work on a high-impact program that shapes the future of Rotork's operations.

In this position, you will

Conduct readiness assessments with management teams and superusers at Rotork sites.
Develop detailed Business Requirement Documentation to reflect site status accurately.
Prepare and present reports to inform the DRIVE program and senior stakeholders.
Identify improvement areas and advise site leadership on implementing best practices.
Provide training and support to ensure effective use of assessment tools.
Manage timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

Proven experience in business transformation, change management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
