*What you will be doing**:
Collaborate with Brand Marketing Manager on Front Shop & Loyalty marketing programs that support the brand strategy including brief development, creative evaluation, approval process, tactical execution and store communications.
Engage cross-functional partners including Marketing (signing, digital, flyer), Pharmacy Services, Category team, Operations, Finance and external agency partners, to activate programs which support the marketing priorities.
Assist with management and execution of project tracking and budgeting for marketing calendars, business updates, and quarterly updates.
Act as the digital lead on behalf of Front Shop & Loyalty refining relevant online content and developing net new content supporting each monthly pharmacy theme and all business requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC.

*How you will succeed**:
University of college degree in business, marketing, or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job and businesses marketed.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build partnerships to effectively source information, obtain approvals and build relationships.
Attention to detail, strong project management skills.
Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects to set and manage priorities to meet deadline, all within a multi-tasking environment with changing priorities.
Strong written and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with digital and standard marketing channels.
