What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to independently manage and creatively grow all brand channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Telegram, and to support our email marketing activities via Mailchimp.

Responsibilities

Ideate and plan the monthly editorial calendar
Create content (photos, videos, stories, reels)
Basic video editing and photo retouching (Photoshop or Canva)
Trend research and social listening/analysis
Community management and social customer care
Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and UGC partners
Support paid campaigns and product launches
Support the creation, scheduling, and optimization of newsletters and email campaigns using Mailchimp
Weekly/monthly reporting and KPI monitoring

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
Ability to produce original content end-to-end (shooting, editing, copy)
Strong eye for aesthetics, image, and digital trends
Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Telegram
Experience with Mailchimp (or similar email marketing platforms; Mailchimp preferred)
Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite
Proactive attitude, strong organization, and desire to grow in a creative team
Excellent command of Italian (written and spoken)
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
