WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC AND DETAIL-ORIENTED MARKETING & PR COORDINATOR TO SUPPORT THE EXECUTION OF BRAND, PR, INFLUENCER, AND RETAIL MARKETING INITIATIVES ACROSS NORTH AMERICA!

Your Mission & Responsibilities Ahead Of You

This role requires a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills and a love for fashion, culture, and storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with the global marketing team in Copenhagen, local retail teams, PR agencies, influencers, and press contacts to drive awareness, engagement, and community-building for GANNI in the US and Canada.

The role includes the following main responsibilities:

Trade & Wholesale Marketing Activation
Build 360° marketing plans for key wholesale accounts (department stores, specialty retailers, e-retailers).
Adapt global assets to retailer-specific needs (lookbooks, banners, PDP content, CRM formats).
Coordinate the rollout of visual merchandising, POS displays, and promotional campaigns in-store and online.
Retail Events & Partner Campaigns
Lead the planning and execution of co-branded events, trunk shows, pop-ups or brand weekends.
Manage guest lists, invitations, logistics, and post-event reporting.
Collaborate with sales teams and retailers to ensure high-impact execution and traffic generation.
Sales Tools & Trade Support
Create and update seasonal sell-in tools: product decks, trade newsletters, brand books.
Provide marketing kits and assets tailored to each account’s activation plan.
Ensure consistency of brand image across all retail touchpoints.
Budget & Reporting
Manage trade marketing budgets per account and track ROI.
Monitor KPIs and performance of each initiative (sales uplift, traffic, engagement).
Prepare campaign wrap-ups and performance analysis for internal teams and retailers.
PR & Coms
Maintain collections and inventory through an organized system
Manage incoming and outgoing requests with sense of urgency and attention
Sample trafficking to support wholesale preshoots, editorial, VIP, and social shoots
Search for influencer and talent for organic social postings
Coordinate VIP seeding initiatives and rollout
Add/ Update ROI tracker and LEFTY
Handle celebrity/editor/influencer giftings and dressings
Source inventory for VIP style requests through JOOR, retail, ECOM and sample stock
Create lookbooks for VIP gifting or dressing events
On the ground support for any local NYC events or campaigns
Coordinate and communicate with DLX consistently on any incoming PR requests and projects
Help prep and execute any PR events/ initiatives
Update and brief US team on PR initiatives at the US weekly meeting
Update PR slides in 360 roll out decks
Coordinate all shipping of samples within the US and Canada
Clean, reorganize and restore samples and sample closet
Follow up with all teams on sample return status and condition

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and mindset:

3-5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications—ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Passionate about fashion, sustainability, and brand storytelling.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Familiar with tools like Launchmetrics, Fashion GPS, Cision, and social analytics platforms.
