*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
*Strategy, Testing & Analysis**
Develop marketing plans
Identify opportunities to engage online audiences at international and domestic levels
Help develop approach and strategy for identifying, building, and segmenting audiences; deliver targeted online and traditional content that is relevant to their needs and interests.
Prepare monthly analytics reports and provide direction/best practices.
*Social Media**
Monitor and update online channels (Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) and ensure two-way conversations with our audiences.
Work with content teams to co-ordinate and implement all social media.
Support team members to develop, implement and monitor effective digital paid for marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with Social Media trends and channels and make recommendations for changes in approach and strategy
Optimize campaigns with videos
*Graphic Design**
Work with team to develop print material for newsletters, brochures
Create graphics optimized for web and print
Manage posters and other graphical material
Maintain a consistency and standard of quality for all graphics
*Technical knowledge**
Support team members in the creation of original and timely, digital written content.
Identify and select images, audio and video elements for content marketing.
Create, develop, and implement content for website using WordPress platform.
Report on statistics using tools, such as Google Analytics, Mail Chimp reports, FB ads.
Management of website related projects
AutoCAD would be an advantage.
*Education**
University and/or College Diploma in a related field
*Experience & Qualifications**
A minimum of 1+ years demonstrable related work experience, including minimum one years of digital marketing experience.
Demonstrated experience with digital content production (social media platforms) and initiatives, tailored to different audiences and across multiple platforms, aimed at expanding organizational reach.
Experience analysing and tracking digital data and the effectiveness of campaigns, design, photo editing and production for digital channels.
Proven writing skills;
Accuracy and attention to detail a must;
Ability to manage time to complete multiple tasks with critical deadlines;
Experience executing on Social Media marketing platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc.);
Experience in not-for-profit is an asset.
*Knowledge**
Must have complete knowledge of Marketing initiatives and responsibilities.
Working knowledge of WordPress website platform.
Graphic design skills, including experience-using InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator or similar.
Demonstrated use of Google and Facebook analytics.
