**Overview**

We are seeking a Junior E-Commerce Specialist to provide essential administrative support to our web team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our online store, assisting with various tasks that maintain the functionality and accuracy of our e-commerce.

*Responsibilities**:
Creating and updating product listings and collections on Shopify
Perform quality checks on website content to ensure it’s up to date and aligns with brand standards
Support the maintenance of the online store, making updates to products, categories, and promotions as needed.
Developing new web pages (primarily blog posts) based on wireframes
Audience testing and optimization

This role reports to the E-Commerce Operations Manager and is part of our marketing team of 12 people. It is primarily focused on administrative tasks and does not involve creative responsibilities, copywriting, or content creation.

*Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
At least 2 of experience in e-commerce or similar role
Experience with Shopify and WordPress (or similar) is a plus
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JSON is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
Clear communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
