About the Company

We are a fast-growing “better-for-you” crunchy chip snack brand focused on clean ingredients and great taste. We are looking for a proactive Virtual Digital Marketing Assistant to help us build and manage simple opt-in funnels, email campaigns, and automations to drive customer engagement and conversions.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate is experienced with GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms, email marketing, and building simple opt-in funnels. You will be responsible for creating a funnel that captures emails in exchange for a coupon code and directs customers to our Shopify product page. You will also set up an automated email sequence to ensure customers receive their coupon and are nurtured to make a purchase. This is a one time set up, but I would like to keep your name on file for future changes.

Key Responsibilities

Funnel & Opt-In Setup

• Build a simple 2 step opt-in funnel in GoHighLevel:
• * Landing page with a coupon offer (20% off first order) / email capture
• * Confirmation page with coupon code and redirect/CTA to Shopify product page
• Integrate the funnel with Shopify and email automation
• Ensure smooth user experience, mobile-optimized

Basic Facebook Ads Setup

• Business Manager setup
• Ads Manager setup
• Facebook page likes campaign (I will supply you with 3 images ads and 1 piece of copy)

Email Marketing

• Create 1 email automation that contain 3 emails
• I will supply the 3 email copies. Just need the automation that ensures deliverability (basic text, 1 picture, I supply the assets)
• Automation would look like this:
• * Deliver the coupon code
• * Nurture the subscriber
• * Encourage first purchase
• Test automation sequences and ensure emails are delivered successfully
• Email system setup with 1 domain used for sending emails
• Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and funnel conversions

Ongoing

• As-needed basis. For example, if something breaks…

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel or equivalent funnel/email automation platforms
• Experience building simple opt-in funnels (not complex multi-step sales funnels)
• Proficiency in email marketing, copywriting, and automation
• Experience with Shopify integration preferred (connect HighLevel to Shopify CRM)
• Basic graphic design or ability to format landing pages (Canva, Figma, or GoHighLevel editor)
• Strong English communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Attention to detail, reliable, proactive, and organized

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with DTC food or snack brands
• Experience with Meta/Facebook ads and social media funnels
• Basic understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization)

Deliverables

• Fully functioning 2-step opt-in coupon funnel integrated with Shopify
• Automated email sequence (3 emails) ensuring coupon delivery and nurturing to purchase
• Facebook ads setup: need basic Facebook page likes campaign: I will supply 3 images and basic copy (business manager and ads manager setup)
