Traditional media buying for statewide campaign

We are seeking an experienced traditional media planning professional to support a statewide campaign through research and strategic recommendations. This role is focused on identifying and evaluating appropriate traditional media channels based on defined campaign personas. The engagement is limited to research, analysis, and development of a clear, well-supported recommendation deck. This role does not include media buying, vendor coordination, or negotiation.
