ABOUT THE ROLE

I'm a small business owner looking for a reliable, proactive, and versatile marketing assistant (freelancer or small team) to help execute my growing list of digital marketing tasks. I manage a lot of the strategy and execution myself but am running out of time and need someone I can trust to consistently handle day-to-day work across various marketing systems and tools.

This is ongoing monthly work, with a flexible workload ranging from 20 to 40 hours per month depending on the project pipeline. You’ll be expected to step in and execute tasks with minimal supervision while keeping things organized and moving forward.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll help support and execute a variety of marketing tasks, such as:

Website edits and updates (especially in Webflow)

Creating landing pages and making content/design adjustments

Writing and scheduling social media content across platforms

Assisting with PPC (Google Ads) and Facebook Ads campaigns

On-page SEO optimizations and keyword research

Content creation (blogs, email copy, marketing assets)

Keeping Google Business and other listings up to date

CRM/lead management support in HubSpot

Managing and checking off a dynamic marketing task list

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The right person or team will be

Detail-oriented and project management minded – you can organize a to-do list and follow through

Experienced in platforms like Webflow, Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta/Facebook Ads, and social media

Comfortable working across a variety of tools and platforms without needing hand-holding

Able to suggest improvements and execute with autonomy

Strong in communication, with regular progress updates and responsiveness

BUDGET & COMMITMENT

My current software quote (JustRelax) is in the $250–$500/month range, so I’d like to stay within this budget.

Flexible hours: ideal for someone who wants a consistent monthly retainer.

Potential to grow into a longer-term or larger role over time.
