We are looking for an experienced Amazon Advertising Specialist to execute our end-to-end PPC strategy across the US and Canada marketplaces. You will be responsible for optimizing Sponsored Products campaigns with a monthly spend of $200k+, primarily in the Beauty category.

This role requires someone who can analyze data deeply, make strategic decisions, and manage advertising through both Seller Central and advanced third-party tools such as Perpetua, Scale Insights, Helium10, and Keepa.

Key Responsibilities

1. PPC Strategy & Execution

Build, optimize, and scale Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns.

Continuously improve ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, Organic Ranking, and Ad Sales %.

Create strategies for new product launches, ranking pushes, and seasonality.

2. Platform & Tool Management

Operate and optimize workflows within Seller Central.

Manage Perpetua PPC automation — campaigns, smart bids, goals, and funnels.

Maintain hygiene in the applied campaign structures in the account.

Smartly reallocate advertising budgets according to seasonal and inventory based needs

Use Helium10 & Keepa for keyword research, competition analysis, and budgeting decisions.

3. Performance Analysis

Conduct account-wide weekly deep dives

Search term mining

Negative keyword strategy

Budget reallocation

Goal class / segment performance breakdown

Identify wasted spend and poor-performing keywords.

Build data-backed recommendations.

Collaborate with inventory & brand teams for promo strategies.

4. Reporting & KPIs

Provide weekly & monthly performance reports

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years managing Amazon PPC (SP/SB/SD) — Beauty category preferred.

Proven success managing $100k+ monthly PPC budgets.

Experience with Perpetua is a major advantage.

Technical Skills

Strong command of Seller Central advertising console.

Strong analytical skills — must be data-driven.

Strong understanding of CVR, CTR, organic rank, TACOS strategy, and aggressive/defensive targeting.

Soft Skills

Mature, responsible, and proactive.

Strong communication and ability to work autonomously.

Ability to troubleshoot complex advertising issues quickly.

Excellent time management and structured workflow.
