We are seeking an **E-commerce Logistics and Order Entry Analyst** to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

*Order Management**:
Accurately enter, track, and manage orders from receipt to fulfillment.
Verify order information for completeness, pricing, and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.
*Logistics Coordination**:
Arrange and monitor the shipment of goods, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any shipping or delivery issues.
Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
*Excel and Data Analysis**:
Utilize Excel to create and maintain detailed reports on order status, inventory levels, and logistics performance.
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement tools or processes to enhance order entry and logistics operations.
*Problem-Solving**:
Proactively identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and order entry processes.
*Qualifications**:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Demonstrated ability to use common sense and sound judgment in decision-making.
