We are seeking an **E-commerce Logistics and Order Entry Analyst** to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • *Order Management**:
  • Accurately enter, track, and manage orders from receipt to fulfillment.
  • Verify order information for completeness, pricing, and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • *Logistics Coordination**:
  • Arrange and monitor the shipment of goods, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any shipping or delivery issues.
  • Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
  • *Excel and Data Analysis**:
  • Utilize Excel to create and maintain detailed reports on order status, inventory levels, and logistics performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement tools or processes to enhance order entry and logistics operations.
  • *Problem-Solving**:
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and order entry processes.
  • *Qualifications**:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to use common sense and sound judgment in decision-making.
