Secondary Market Analyst

Job Summary: Register and communicate rate lock information and pricing of all loans, sell and deliver loans that are being sold to investors, provide the investor with all required reporting, and ensure that management obtains timely reports addressing loans originated, sold and serviced.

• Issue daily pricing
• Confirm and accept locks from all channels (retail, wholesale, Consumer Direct)
• Monitor and perform changes to locked loans and rate adjustments
• Understand and communicate investor policies and requirements
• Register loans with State Bond Agencies
• Manage pipeline rate lock policy to ensure profitability in all market conditions
• Other duties as assigned
