Online Sales & Digital Presence Manager (Multi-Brand)

Hours: 20–40 hours/week (part-time to full-time)

Location: Mostly on-site in Woodland Park, CO (Tweeds + Williams Brothers). Occasional on-site work at Rainbow Valley Ranch (Divide, CO).

About the role

We’re hiring a hands-on digital operator to reinvent Tweeds’ website + social presence, build a stronger online platform for Williams Brothers Furniture (acquisition pending), and support Rainbow Valley Ranch & Fishing Club marketing. This is a results-driven role for someone who can create great content and convert attention into appointments, quotes, and closed sales.

This is not a “post and hope” position. You’ll be expected to respond quickly to leads, sell, and continually improve conversion.

What you’ll be responsible for

1) Website / E-commerce management (strategy + execution)

  • Lead improvements or a rebuild of Tweeds’ website (currently Wix; platform can change based on your recommendation).
  • Build/upgrade Williams Brothers’ website from the ground up (platform to match Tweeds').
  • Maintain and enhance Rainbow Valley Ranch & Fishing Club website content as needed (events, bookings, membership inquiries).
  • Implement an e-commerce approach that fits our business:
  • True online checkout for smaller items and select standard pieces (artwork, accessories, some furniture).
  • Lead-gen + appointments + quotes for most furniture sales.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, product/category pages, photo galleries, and conversion tools (forms, calls, scheduling).
  • Basic SEO fundamentals, mobile optimization, and performance improvements.

2) Social media that actually drives sales

  • Create and execute a content plan that keeps each brand’s voice distinct:
  • Tweeds = luxury/mountain-rustic premium
  • Williams = log-cabin/rustic value
  • Rainbow = outdoor experience / ranch + fishing club
  • Publishing targets (flexible if results are strong):
  • 5 posts/week per furniture store
  • 1 post/week for Rainbow Valley Ranch
  • Short-form video/reels, stories, new arrivals, behind-the-scenes, room vignettes, client education, promotions.

3) Online sales + lead conversion (this is a core function)

  • Respond to web/social leads within 30 minutes during business hours.
  • Handle inquiries via phone/email/text/DM and convert them into:
  • Tweeds appointments (top priority)
  • Quotes and closed sales (furniture/art/accessories)
  • Williams leads and sales
  • Rainbow bookings/memberships/event inquiries as appropriate
  • Track leads, follow-ups, outcomes, and improve your process over time.

4) Paid boosts/ads (start small, scale with success)

  • Recommend and test small-budget boosts/ads initially.
  • Scale spending based on measurable results and ROI, with approval.

What success looks like (first 30–60 days)

  • A cleaner, higher-converting Tweeds web experience (platform improvements or clear rebuild plan underway).
  • A consistent content cadence and faster lead response system.
  • A noticeable increase in Tweeds appointments generated from online channels.
  • Clear tracking/reporting: leads → appointments → quotes → closed sales.

Equipment / content capture

  • Primary capture is smartphone, but we already have a quality wireless microphone and are willing to buy additional gear as needed (lighting, tripod, etc.).

Commission and compensation

  • $18–$20/hour (DOE)
  • Commission on closed sales you directly handle (structure discussed in interview)
  • Opportunity to grow with the role as online revenue expands

What we’re looking for

Required

  • Experience managing websites (Wix/Shopify/WordPress/Squarespace or similar).
  • Strong content creation skills, especially short-form video.
  • Comfortable with selling and follow-up (you like converting leads).
  • Ability to write solid copy: product descriptions, captions, promos, simple landing pages.
  • Organized, self-directed, and reliable—able to manage multiple brands without constant oversight.

Nice-to-have

  • Furniture/home décor retail experience.
  • E-commerce and merchandising experience.
  • Basic analytics knowledge (GA4, Search Console, Meta insights).
  • Paid ads experience (Meta/Instagram, Google).
  • Email marketing (Klaviyo/Mailchimp) and simple automations.
