The Digital Intern will support the team in conducting business and client data analyses that uncover opportunities for growth, efficiency, and brand equity. The intern will assist in building reporting frameworks, data workflows, and transforming digital insights into actionable tasks that guide executive decision-making.

As part of our Summer 2026 Class, you'll embark on a ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive New York City orientation — the birthplace of our iconic brand. Throughout the summer, you'll explore the artistry, innovation, and craftsmanship that define Tiffany, gaining hands-on experience across our dynamic business. Along the way, you'll connect with inspiring leaders, collaborate with peers, and discover how we create expressions of joy that last a lifetime.
The Summer Internship Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 7, 2026.

The Digital Intern will support the team in conducting business and client data analyses that uncover opportunities for growth, efficiency, and brand equity. The intern will assist in building reporting frameworks, data workflows, and transforming digital insights into actionable tasks that guide executive decision-making.
Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Digital team to define effective reporting formats and data visualization tools based on feedback from internal partners.
- Conduct data analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that can drive client growth and enhance equity across channels.
- Support ad hoc test requests and assist with the automation screening processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Omnichannel, Merchandising, and Client Relations teams to ensure insights translate into tangible business actions.
- Participate in meetings and presentations where findings inform executive-level strategies.
Required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative mindset with curiosity about data-driven decision-making.
- Prior exposure to direct-to-consumer (DTC) or luxury brands.
