At The ODP Corporation, we're seeking an experienced E-Commerce Lead to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you'll be responsible for maintaining departmental expertise and knowledge that require unique skills and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-train in all departments to perform multiple distribution-related functions.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, interacting with leadership and work groups.
• Actively contribute to a safe, clean work environment and display a positive team spirit.
• Assist in monitoring production and resolve problems by identifying barriers and escalating difficult issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Minimum 3 years warehouse, distribution, supply chain experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly and 150 pounds infrequently.
