• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online inquiries
• Provide friendly, professional, and solution-focused customer support
• Schedule appointments and assist customers throughout the service process
• Update customer records and track communication using CRM and digital tools
• Assist with light marketing tasks including social media updates, follow-up campaigns, and online reputation management
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in every interaction Qualifications
