Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Welwyn Garden City. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and optimize content for various platforms. Additional responsibilities include monitoring trends, analyzing metrics to measure performance, and collaborating with the marketing team to increase audience engagement and strengthen the company’s digital presence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in Communication and Writing to effectively engage target audiences
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies across platforms
• Knowledge of analytics tools to measure and improve social media performance
• Ability to maintain brand voice and consistency across social channels
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
