Salary: $60,000–$65,000 base
Our client, a growing global retail marketing agency specializing in retail media is hiring a Junior Marketing Manager / Account Coordinator to join their team and support the Senior Marketing Manager across content, communications, events, and thought leadership. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with exposure to major industry moments and global initiatives—ideal for someone eager to grow their marketing career in a dynamic agency environment.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll contribute across a wide mix of marketing initiatives, including content creation, social and web management, events, PR, and performance tracking.
This role is best suited for someone with 1–3 years of experience, ideally coming from an advertising or PR agency, who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited by collaborative, fast-moving work.
Key Responsibilities
- Help create high-quality content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, the website, and long-form reports
- Maintain and update the global website with new content, case studies, and thought leadership
- Support social media strategy through execution, scheduling, and performance reporting
- Assist in planning and delivering global events, from large industry moments to smaller partner dinners
- Coordinate event logistics including branding, copy, speaker support, and post-event follow-up
- Collaborate on agendas and content for podcasts, webinars, roundtables, and in-person events
- Help shape compelling narratives that position the brand as a leader in retail media
- Help execute and manage the global content calendar
- Track and report on performance across channels and campaigns
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, Leadership, and Sales teams
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, PR, communications, journalism, events, or a related field
- Agency experience strongly preferred
Required Skills
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different channels
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
