• Handling multiple client accounts
• Coming up with a social media strategy plan and managing it
• Getting results for clients (Creating and hitting KPI target goals)
• Designing social media posts, stories, reels (includes captions and graphic designing)
• Content creation, storyboarding, and video editing for reels
• Internal communication with the sales team/account managers and internal teams to collaboratively work on strategies
• Communication with clients and internal team
• Editing and collaborating with developers on landing pages and websites
• Be apart of meetings and giving input and ideas
• Helping with processes and systems to create efficiencies
• *Requirements**:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational, time-management and multi-tasking capabilities
• Outstanding work ethic and high level of ambition with a growing organization
• Independent self-starter with a preference for initiating and setting own direction
• Highly motivated with unprecedented drive for results
• Ability to meet monthly targets
• Accountability to project goals
• Great understanding of branding, social media and some knowledge and overall knowledge with lead generation
• Use of Canva and video editing software
• Know how to use Wordpress and Elementor
• Use of Microsoft teams
• Use of Adobe products
