Technical Key Account Manager Role
We seek a self-motivated individual to drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling services while building strong client relationships. You will identify customers' needs and pain points, develop strategic account plans, and monitor performance metrics.
Key responsibilities include
- Conducting thorough research of networks, ecosystems, companies, industries, and individuals to uncover business objectives and identify opportunities;
- Building strong, positive relationships with new customers, serving as a trusted advisor including CTOs and CEOs of Scandiweb's top-tier organizations;
- Leveraging your technical understanding of eCommerce components and structure to provide solutions to clients.
