Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise sales, marketing, branding, and leasing functions across business units
• Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies aligned to organizational financial goals
• Build and develop high-performing teams, including hiring, coaching, and incentive program design
• Oversee digital and traditional brand presence, marketing campaigns, and public relations
• Provide leadership for commercial strategy supporting large-scale real estate development initiatives

Skills

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise‑level sales and marketing
• Proven success driving revenue, business development, and brand growth
• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and strategic leadership skills
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
