About Us
Want to be part of a mission to improve people's lives by providing the fastest internet on the planet? At Planet Networks, you’ll join a team at a well-capitalized technology startup with over 100 employees. We're filled with ambitious, life-long learners who are eager to help one another and the company succeed. We value what we do for our communities and hold ourselves to the highest standard as we disrupt the vast telecommunications industry.
Job Description
Planet Networks has built strong momentum through referrals and reputation, but we're looking to fully scale and professionalize our marketing. Thus, we’re seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution, as our first dedicated marketing hire, building the function from the ground up. You will have the opportunity to shape every aspect of how we market, measure, and communicate our brand. This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and measurable results —someone who is ready to fully own both planning and follow-through.
In this role, you will be the architect and operator of the entire marketing process, from planning and budgeting to creative execution, analytics, and optimization. You’ll define marketing goals, develop Planet Networks’ brand marketing and growth strategy, design and run campaigns, track performance, and coordinate contractors or freelancers when needed. You’ll be expected to blend strategic thinking with hands-on implementation: writing copy, analyzing data, helping determine budgets, and leading initiatives that directly impact customer acquisition and retention. You’ll also collaborate closely with our sales team to evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities, identify data-driven opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue outcomes.
