About this Role

• We are seeking a Marketing Operations Representative to join our team at Ocean Casino Resort.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting all guests pleasantly and with a positive demeanor.
• Answer questions and input guest information into the database.
• Explain loyalty card programs and rewards to team members and customers.
• Enroll customers into the loyalty card program and maintain awareness of company promotions.
• Assist with event setup and removal of physical items.
• Maintain confidentiality of trade secrets and proprietary information.

Essential Functions

• Exposure to casino environmental factors including second-hand smoke and noise.
• Ability to stand for shifts and move throughout the casino/hotel areas.
• Repetitive motion and prolonged computer viewing.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, flexible shifts, and unusual hours.
