In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the digital ecosystem, from acquisition and funnel flow to retention and ongoing customer engagement. The ideal candidate is someone who loves rolling up their sleeves and watching their work translate into real results.

The Role

• Shape and elevate the brand’s full digital ecosystem
• Strengthen and own growth strategy as well as performance marketing, while overseeing revenue planning and performance insights
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive digital journeys
• Implement forward-thinking digital solutions that drive growth

The Ideal Candidate

• 8–10+ years leading digital growth and eCommerce functions in the DTC space
• Exceptional communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-first thinker who drives decisions through insights
• Thrives in fast-moving and entrepreneurial environments
• Deep experience shaping high-performing DTC customer journeys
