Key Responsibilities for a Business & Marketing Assistant
- Handling calls, emails and general correspondence
- Managing databases, filing systems and purchasing
- Supporting stock management, goods-in checks and quality control
- Drafting job worksheets and scheduling installations
- Organising diaries, appointments and reminders
- Creating social media content, blogs and case studies
- Researching and contacting potential new customers
Key Skills for a Business & Marketing Assistant
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic numeracy
- Creative, proactive and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Social media savvy
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
