MARKETING COORDINATOR
Reporting to the Marketing/Proposal Manager, the Marketing Coordinator helps lead and support a wide variety marketing efforts across Magil Construction. This position will assist in the development and delivery of the overall marketing efforts of Magil Construction and will support our work in respect to our brand, social media, events, website content, communications, and internal customer service. This will be alongside providing support in administrative office duties and to the executive team.

Responsibilities
Job description:
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of RFP, RFQ, and proposal submissions for public and private construction projects
- Research potential opportunities and assess fit based on company capabilities and project scope
- Develop, edit, and format proposal documents and templates using Adobe InDesign and other tools
- Collaborate with estimating, project management, and business development teams to gather accurate and compelling project information
- Maintain and update a library of resumes, project sheets, and proposal content for future use
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and networking events to enhance company visibility and relationships within the industry
- 3–5+ years of experience in a marketing or business development role involving RFP/RFQ coordination or proposal writing
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Experience in the construction industry (contracting, consulting, or design) is a strong asset
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proof-reading skills with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across departments and levels
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and general document management tools
