They are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to act as a strategic partner throughout the organization, driving key HR initiatives while overseeing the complete employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership on talent retention strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Oversee and enhance HR programs encompassing performance management, benefits administration, and employee engagement efforts
- Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for managers and employees regarding employment-related questions, HR procedures, and company policies
- Assist with payroll administration and work alongside finance on matters related to compensation
- Lead employee engagement programs and foster an inclusive, supportive remote workplace culture
- Handle comprehensive employee lifecycle management, from onboarding through offboarding and internal mobility, across various jurisdictions and time zones
- Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations in every US location where remote team members reside
- Support talent acquisition activities including candidate correspondence, interview coordination, and job posting management
- Keep employee records and HRIS information current and accurate; produce analytics and reports that inform business strategy
- Create and revise HR policies and employee handbooks to align with evolving legal standards and industry best practices
Skills
- Experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a remote-first company
- Strong understanding of HR programs including performance management, benefits administration, and employee engagement
- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership on talent retention strategies and workforce planning
- Knowledge of employment-related questions, HR procedures, and company policies
- Experience with payroll administration and compensation matters
- Proven ability to lead employee engagement programs and foster an inclusive workplace culture
- Experience in employee lifecycle management including onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility
- Knowledge of compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Experience supporting talent acquisition activities including candidate correspondence and interview coordination
- Proficiency in maintaining employee records and HRIS information
- Ability to produce analytics and reports that inform business strategy
