Role Overview
Corporate Marketing roles at HSAD, supporting LG Electronics USA involve bringing the brand to life through strong strategic storytelling and creative executions that maximize consumer engagement. HSAD is looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Coordinator, Corporate Marketing. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn from and contribute to a world-class global organization across various corporate marketing disciplines including sports and partnership marketing, corporate social responsibility, and Gen Z marketing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the marketing field while experiencing the fast-paced, innovative environment of HSAD. You will be involved in creating and executing marketing strategies, building relationships with industry partners/customers, and supporting the planning and execution of various types of marketing and CSR campaigns.

They are well-versed in the sports landscape, possess strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills, and excel at building strong relationships with a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
Responsibilities
- With increasing independence, help develop and work to execute multiple corporate marketing campaigns.
- Develop workflow leading into campaign launches, support meetings and oversee tracking of progress on all asset deliverables and recapping of campaigns.
- Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of processes and timelines for assigned projects.
- Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to leverage consumer data, research/analytics, market trends and insights to create holistic marketing programs that build brand affinity and business growth.
- Understand organizational priorities to proactively present new ideas and develop programs that achieve LG and team KPIs, drive team goals and larger cross-company efforts.
- Create reports and presentations around marketing efforts for property initiatives by using information from all relevant engagement sources
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs and strategies
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop both the brand and business to contribute to sustained growth.
- Prepare creative briefing documents for campaigns/projects/deliverables that inform the work of internal and external teams, status updates, and comprehensive recaps.
- Brief and guide each partner agency to ensure efficient and effective use of agency resources and deliverables are aligned with all corporate marketing objectives.
- Oversee budget management and procurement process for projects to appropriately plan, secure, and manage resources in line with guidelines.
- Ensures all projects are planned and executed on strategy, on time, and on budget.
- Communicate on a regular basis with appropriate team members and leaders
Qualifications
- We are looking for a motivated individual with a bachelor’s degree in marketing/sports marketing, business, or a related field with 0-1 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of corporate marketing principles, digital marketing, sports business management, non-profits, and/or social media strategies as well as an understanding of the video production process from pre-production and production through post-production and delivery of final files at various specs and asset management are also a plus (but not necessary)
- Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills. A team player mentality and ability to shift gears and reprioritize workflow based on changing business needs.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic and creative thinking abilities, with a proven record of successful campaign management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively present to clients and various stakeholders, including senior executive leadership.
- Self-starter with a keen ability to balance multiple responsibilities.
- Proactive, solution-oriented focus with the ability to take the initiative to provide and/or search for answers to issues.
- Financial management acumen to develop, track, and report on budgets and scopes of work.
- Understanding data-driven marketing and how to leverage consumer insights, digital media/PR/social media, and business analytics, etc.
- Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), as well as video conferencing platforms (Zoom, WebEx, etc.), and workflow management/file sharing software (Trello, Slack, Teams) and analytics tools.
Other Requirements
- A proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Ability to travel when necessary for partner meetings, activations and events
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
- The position will be based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, local NY/NJ candidates only.
- If needed, can lift objects weighing 30-50 pounds
