E-commerce Coordinator

Head Candy is an online retailer of cannabis accessories and related lifestyle items at competitive prices with speedy shipping and excellent customer service. We’re looking for great people to continually strengthen our team.

Work hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility to work weekends when required (during busy sale periods, inventory etc.)

Office location is in South Vancouver. Free on-site parking is provided for employees.

Success in this position will be achieved by consistently demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.

In this role you will be responsible for

• Printing packing slips and assist with order picking
• Vetting customer orders for potential errors
• Corresponding with customers regarding order issues or changes
• Data entry (entering invoices into accounting program)
• Assist with receiving/product in-take
• Assist with adding new products to the website
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment
• Strong Interpersonal Skills as this role requires inter-department communication
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Self-motivation, strong work ethic and is goal-oriented
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong computer skills is required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and Outlook
• Experience with Shopify is a strong asset
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the cannabis/smoking accessory industry is an asset
• Knowledge of/hands on experience with store products is an asset

• *Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
