Senior Manager, eCommerce

As Senior Manager, eCommerce at GameStop, you will lead the vision and strategy for digital commerce and mobile platforms. Your team will deliver high-quality solutions across Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and React-based web experiences.

• Define and drive technical roadmap for eCommerce and mobile platforms aligned with business goals.
• Partner with Product, UX, and Business teams to develop and execute digital strategies that improve conversion, engagement, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive technical roadmap, partner with product teams.
• Team & Delivery Management: Lead, mentor, and grow cross-functional team, manage resource planning.
• Technical Architecture & Execution: Oversee architecture for scalable solutions, ensure robust monitoring.
• Mobile Platform Ownership: Lead expansion and optimization of mobile applications.
• Governance & Quality: Establish platform governance, conduct regular audits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, 4+ years in leadership capacity.
• Proven background in eCommerce platforms, front-end frameworks (React).
• Strong experience with headless commerce, API-first architectures.
• Deep understanding of mobile development frameworks.
