Project Manager – E-commerce Coffee Brand

We are launching a roasted-at-origin specialty coffee brand, distributing packaged coffee bags from Miami directly to customers in the US and Canada.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our e-commerce launch and marketplace setup.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce launch on Shopify
  • Coordinate setup and readiness for Amazon and Walmart marketplace listings
  • Oversee inventory, fulfillment, and logistics from Miami to US & Canada customers
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to meet timelines and milestones
  • Ensure smooth integration of payment gateways (Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Track deliverables, risks, and launch readiness

Requirements

  • Proven e-commerce project management experience
  • Strong hands-on familiarity with Shopify
  • Experience managing Amazon and Walmart seller pages
  • Understanding of US & Canada fulfillment and cross-border shipping
  • Experience with payment gateways including Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Food & beverage or CPG experience
  • Startup or early-stage brand experience

Engagement

Initial project: 4–8 weeks
