We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating in multiple markets, with a strong focus on the home décor niche in Germany, Austria, and France.

With rapidly increasing order volume and a highly driven team, we are expanding and looking for a skilled Dispute Manager to join us.

We specialize in dropshipping and run several online stores with consistently growing sales. Our team is dynamic, supportive, and constantly evolving. As we scale, maintaining a high success rate on payment disputes is crucial and that's where you come in.

Position

Dispute Manager

Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage PayPal, Klarna, and card chargebacks with a minimum goal of 90% win rate
  • Work closely with the customer support team to collect evidence and resolve cases efficiently
  • Provide daily reports on dispute statuses and outcomes
  • Maintain strong communication with the customer service department
  • Manage disputes quickly while maintaining highquality documentation and responses
  • Use and maintain structured records in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Work proactively to reduce future disputes through feedback and pattern recognition

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience handling PayPal disputes and chargebacks
  • Strong understanding of PayPal and Klarna policies
  • Experience working in dropshipping and familiarity with Shopify
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Available 5 days per week, averaging 3–7 hours per day
  • Fast yet accurate dispute handling with consistent results
  • Experience with Slack and spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets)
  • Detailoriented, proactive, and reliable
