Ecommerce Digital Marketing Specialist

We're now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who's passionate about all things digital and can help us spread the word about our amazing products. As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels. You'll be a key player in leading integrated campaigns from concept to execution, working closely with our marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget.
- *Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Fitness Avenue's products and brands across all omni-channel delivery platforms.
- Drive online sales and customer acquisition by creating and executing paid media advertising strategies across various digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Build and execute digital brand marketing strategies that maximize owned and paid channels to drive awareness and conversion.
- Utilize website analytics to generate customer insights, optimize customer experience, and improve conversion rates, revenue per visit, and customer retention.
- Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and growth in the fitness equipment industry.
- Oversee creative content development for all digital channels (social media and otherwise), planning content 30, 60, or 90 days in advance.
- Optimize content for digital platforms and implement a captivating visual identity that aligns with our brand strategy and market positioning.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, including advertising formats, channels, and emerging technologies, and recommend adoption where appropriate.
- Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints using strong analytical ability.
- Ensure the website is optimized for search engine rankings by staying up to date with the latest trends in technical SEO, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies.
- *Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a digital marketer in eCommerce, media, marketing, or advertising with a focus on social media marketing.
- Experience in technical SEO, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies with a proven track record of improving website rankings and organic traffic. Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, and experience with keyword research and analysis.
- Proven experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Data Studio.
- Strong project management skills with experience in prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Analytical, strategic, innovative, and creative.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Experience with Shopify is a plus.
