Director of Operations for Digital Investment Assets

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Director of Operations for Digital Investment Assets to join our Dynamic Digital team within Global Product Solutions (GPS). In this key role, you will assess and document the requirements for Fidelity's operational ecosystem concerning digital investment products, including cryptocurrencies and tokenized offerings. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing our product roadmap and developing a robust target state operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide deep subject matter expertise on alternative investments, focusing on the operations of digital products such as cryptocurrencies and tokenized assets.
• Evaluate Fidelity Fund Investment Operations to drive operational readiness and scalability.
• Collaborate effectively with various internal teams and represent business interests to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of digital products, blockchain technology, and their regulatory frameworks.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; CAIA or CFA designation is a plus.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in fund operations, investment management, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in investment operations, including trading, compliance, and portfolio management.
• Skills in risk management, compliance, and project management.
