Position Summary

The position of the Marketing & Sales Coordinator will assist our marketing and sales departments. They will support Fatbeam’s marketing strategies, promotions, campaigns, and communications with an emphasis in digital marketing to both B2B & B2C. Per direction of Fatbeam’s Marketing Manager, they will assist in creation and distribution of assigned internal and external communications, overall company brand, and production of marketing collateral. This position will also support the sales team with administrative tasks such as proposal generation, CRM updates, relationship management., etc. Will perform related work and other responsibilities as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

· Marketing Support

o Assist in developing and scheduling digital marketing content (email, social media, blog, website editing in Hubspot)

o Assists with managing public relations coordination for press releases and news articles

  • Help maintain brand consistency across platforms and materials
  • Provide light design support for marketing materials (graphics, flyers, social posts) for each business vertical
  • Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and local events
  • Maintain organized records of marketing assets and event materials

· Sales support

o Assist sales managers with proposal creation and updates per sales vertical

o Manage and track Fatbeam's memberships with local Chambers and associations

o Help prepare materials for customer meetings and presentations

o Provide general administrative support to the sales team

o Collaborate & strategize with Sales Director & Sales VP to create sales campaigns / contests

o Lead Gen / Prospecting Assistance

o Content / Collateral Development / Data & Insights

o Training & Certification for sales team

Experience/Minimum Requirements

· Associate degree or higher in marketing or equivalent related experience

· 1+ year digital marketing experience

· Graphic design experience

· Must be highly detail-oriented

· Must be a team player

· Must be willing to travel

· Be willing to learn new skills and work in a highly collaborative environment

· Must be able to multitask and manage several projects at one time

· Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, other platforms are a plus

· Microsoft Office productivity suite proficiency

· Adobe creative cloud experience

· Proficient in all social media platforms

· The ability to pass a state & federal background criminal check

Additional information

Fatbeam requires a background check and the acceptance of basic non-compete documents for all employees. The background check takes 3-5 days. This offer would be pending upon the results of the background check. We will also need to confirm that your driving record will not prohibit us from adding you to our insurance policy for company vehicles. Lastly, to protect our intellectual property, confidential information, and client relationships, it is our policy to require that employees execute an Employee Conduct Agreement governing these matters.
