  • *About the Position**:

The SEO and Paid Ads Expert responsible for improving our website's ranking on search engines like Google, Bing, etc. In addition, this role will support the implementation of our paid ads strategy by managing, optimizing and analyzing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.

This role is full time on site based out of our Burlington, ON office.

  • *Key Functions and Responsibilities**:
  • Researching and analyzing keywords to increase website visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs)
  • Optimizing website content and metadata for search engines and users
  • Building backlinks and other strategies to improve website authority and relevance
  • Measuring and reporting on the success of SEO efforts, making data-driven decisions for improvements
  • Staying current with search engine algorithms and industry trends
  • Supporting creation, development and execution of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and others.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Managing budgets and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for paid ads.
  • Creating and managing ad copy, landing pages, and other creative assets.
  • Measuring and reporting on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • *Required Skills and Abilities**:
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other SEO tools i.e., SEM Rush, Ahrefs
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms and tools - Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, including conversion optimization and landing page optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and data analysis
  • Knowledge of reporting tools, Facebook Conversions API a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in financial or real estate space preferred a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • *Education and Experience**:
  • 3-5 Years’ experience with a proven track record in improving SERP rankings and optimizing PPC campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
