DOW JONESDescription :About the Role:The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing – Apps will lead the strategy and execution of mobile app growth across Dow Jones' flagship brands, including The Wall Street Journal, MarketWatch, and Barron's. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this role drives scalable user acquisition, engagement, and subscription conversion by identifying new growth opportunities, optimizing performance marketing programs, and leading rigorous experimentation across channels, pricing, and in-app experiences. The role partners closely with Product, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to improve the overall app experience, strengthen product-market fit, and translate data-driven insights into actionable growth strategies.You will work on-site in our midtown Manhattan office 3 days each week.You will:Develop, execute and manage the mobile App growth strategy for DowJones (WSJ, Barron's, and MarketWatch)Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition performance marketing channels & campaignsIdentify marketing channels, solutions and ideas that will efficiently bring new customers to our mobile apps and increase revenue.Partner with our product team to improve the overall digital product App experience with the aim to drive habitual reading habits and drive up propensity to subscribe.Propose, launch and analyze A/B tests to improve mobile Apps ad performance.
