Job Description

Inspire innovation and drive results at Deville Technologies. As a Market Manager for the West Coast region, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans to grow our commercial presence. You will act as the face of Deville, representing our brand, expertise, and values in every customer interaction.

Your key responsibilities will include territory development, relationship building, sales growth, technical support, customer advocacy, and data-driven performance management. You will need to identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and build strong relationships with decision-makers.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in equipment or technical solutions within the food processing or manufacturing sectors. You should also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is required, with French and Spanish being assets. You will need to travel frequently and be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
