Digital Marketing Manager (Home Services / HVAC & Plumbing Experience Required)

CrackerJack Home Services is a rapidly growing provider of premium HVAC and plumbing

solutions through our trusted brands: CrackerJack Air Pros and CrackerJack Plumbing Pros.

With locations in Van Nuys and Carlsbad, CA, we're committed to delivering exceptional service

across Southern California. At $2-4+M in annual revenue and expanding quickly, we're building

a strong foundation for multi-location growth.

The Role

We're hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead all marketing as our in-house

expert. This hands-on role offers full ownership of strategy and execution, with the chance to

build scalable systems and grow into a leadership position. You'll be based in our Van Nuys

office, collaborating closely with teams across both locations.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive explosive growth in lead volume and quality for HVAC and plumbing services.

● Optimize speed-to-lead processes to boost conversions and customer response times.

● Build and manage tech stacks for lead automation, nurturing, and CRM integration (e.g.,

Zapier, HousecallPro, HubSpot, or similar).

● Execute and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and manage lead

aggregators (e.g., Angi, Thumbtack, HomeAdvisor).

● Create repeatable, measurable marketing systems that can scale and be delegated as

we grow.

● Produce or outsource video content showcasing our teams, installations, and customer

stories for ads, social, and website.

● Analyze data (Google Analytics, ad platforms) to maximize ROI and report on

performance.

● Support local SEO, social media, email campaigns, and website updates.

Qualifications

● 3+ years in digital marketing, with proven success in home services (HVAC, plumbing,

or similar – strongly preferred).

● Expertise in PPC, lead generation, and aggregators specific to trades.

● Experience designing marketing automation and tech stacks.

● Skilled in video content creation/management (in-house or outsourced).

● Strong analytics and reporting abilities.

● Self-motivated leader who excels in a solo role with high accountability.

● Must work in-office in Van Nuys, CA (serving both locations).
