Job Description
- Provide insights and analysis support to leaders to help them make critical decisions and identify areas of opportunity.
- Identify and streamline operational processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and analyze cost-saving and productivity opportunities, perform data analysis to predict return on investment and lead initiatives to realize improvements.
- Establish key performance indicators and measurement systems to track progress and efficacy of projects and continued operations.
- Collaborate with executive teams and operational leaders to develop, resource and complete operational improvement projects.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or related field with 10+ years of experience preferred or associate's degree with 10 years experience required. They should also have 10+ years as a business operations leader, transformation, or private equity operations leader with a record of delivering valuable insights and business process improvements in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
We are looking for someone who is highly analytical/technical, naturally curious and logical, able to get to the root cause quickly. They should be technically competent with data and analytics and knowledge of relevant tools and methods for operational improvement. Additionally, they should be commercial minded, understands and can quickly connect how lower-level metrics and processes connect to core business critical metrics.
