The Team Lead, in our Market Operations group, is responsible for running the local Carvana hub, including market launch, operations, logistics, consumer branding, team engagement, and effectiveness. We need someone with big picture thinking, managing employee and customer experience. A Team Lead crushes daily operations and assesses business trends proactively.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a continuous positive force within the market, creating strong morale and spirit throughout the team.
- Help interview, select, onboard, and train Customer Advocates, providing tools, resources, and guidance for success.
- Actively develop a team by providing feedback, conducting performance check-ins, and setting goals.
- Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments using organizational tools and programs.
- Generate and monitor regular reports, presenting to upper management.
- Be the go-to expert, ready to jump in alongside an Advocate to deliver cars to customers while providing a stellar experience.
- Drive production in a fast-paced customer service environment, keeping every detail operating smoothly.
- Actively look for ways to improve the overall customer and Advocate team experience.
